Hier erhaltet ihr einen kompakten \u00dcberblick \u00fcber unsere Messewoche \u2013 von unserem eigenen Stand bis zu zwei der spannendsten Aussteller im Keramik- und Mikro-3D-Druck.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Part 1: Our trade fair stand with Desktop Metal &#8211; Strong partnership &amp; practical applications<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our joint stand with <strong>Desktop Metal<\/strong> was a real visitor magnet. After a challenging year with negative headlines (Chapter 11 proceedings), the trade fair appearance sent a clearly positive signal to the market. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The focus was on the presentation of applications in various industries. Besucher konnten sich direkt vor Ort von folgenden Vorteilen der Anlage \u00fcberzeugen:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list ul-bullet\">\n<li>Small installation space (0.7 L) for low material usage in research<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Open powder and binder system for processing a wide range of materials<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Patented Triple ACT technology for a dense powder bed, reliably distributes and compacts fine MIM powder<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Many visitors were positive about the fact that they can have initial benchmarks produced for tests or even series production at our Technology Center in Esslingen.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>High visitor quality and clear project ideas<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Both existing customers and new contacts came with clear project ideas and questions. Beide Systeme bilden gemeinsam einen hochautomatisierten, reproduzierbaren Prozess \u2013 ein entscheidender Faktor f\u00fcr die Serienfertigung von technischer Keramik.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The AI approach attracted particular attention: visitors praised the simple operation, the process stability and the increasing reproducibility independent of the operator.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Large components of interest to the aerospace industry<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Another highlight was the large-format ceramic components with diameters of up to 600 mm. The aerospace industry in particular showed great interest in these possibilities, as such dimensions were previously difficult to realize additively. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Auch Besucher aus der Medizintechnik zeigten sich beeindruckt von der Pr\u00e4zision und Materialqualit\u00e4t \u2013 ein klares Zeichen daf\u00fcr, wie vielseitig <a href=\"https:\/\/am-pioneers.com\/3d-ceram\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Keramik-3D-Druck<\/a> inzwischen einsetzbar ist.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Successful networking &amp; important news<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The meetings with customers were extremely successful &#8211; both the pre-arranged appointments and the numerous spontaneous conversations.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">An important milestone was also announced at Formnext:<br\/>Bosch Advanced Ceramics was acquired by Sinto and is now trading as Sinto Advanced Ceramics. This creates a closer connection to 3DCeram, which further strengthens its position in the German-speaking market. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Part 3: BMF &#8211; Micro 3D printing in a new precision class<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">AM Pioneers was also on site to support BMF. Many visitors saw structures of this precision for the first time. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Particularly noteworthy:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list ul-bullet\">\n<li>the new S240 system for high-precision small series<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the 10 \u00b5m system, which demonstrated the extreme accuracy live<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Components that have also been metallically coated using DVP sputtering<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This combination of microstructuring and surface finishing was met with great enthusiasm.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Astonished reactions from visitors<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Many visitors were surprised at how detailed and robust the parts from the BMF printer are. The technical possibilities of BMF were perceived as a benchmark for the micro range. Beim BMF Reseller Dinner am Mittwochabend ergaben sich besonders wertvolle Gespr\u00e4che mit Systempartnern, potenziellen Kunden sowie Experten aus dem <a href=\"https:\/\/am-pioneers.com\/bmf\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Mikro-3D-Druck<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Conclusion: One of the strongest Formnext trade fairs in recent years<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We can look back on a very successful trade fair for all 3 areas in which we were present as AM Pioneers. The trade fair had a high quality of visitors, showed strong interest in industrial applications and we received a lot of positive feedback on the solutions exhibited. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Formnext 2025 has clearly shown where additive manufacturing is heading:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list ul-bullet\">\n<li>Industrialized and automated<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>AI-supported and reproducible<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>more precise and versatile<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>with growing applications in aviation, medical technology and industry<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The trade fair was therefore a complete success for us &#8211; characterized by strong partnerships, many technical discussions and new technological impulses.
