In addition to specialist presentations by Desktop Metal and a tour of the machine park, the main aim was to create a platform for 3D printing enthusiasts from the local industry and to facilitate exchange at all levels of experience. <\/p>\n\n<p>The General Manager of AM Pioneers, Leonardo Scardigno, looks back on the evening with pride: &#8220;We are focusing on the industry-oriented qualification of systems, thinking beyond the boundaries of the application and creating a network for the development of additive manufacturing in industry.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n<p>Guest speakers G\u00fcrsel Demircali and Henrik Peiss spoke on the evening about the possibilities of binder jetting from prototypes to series production and gave a technical excursion into live sintering, the sintering simulation of desktop metal. The concluding open discussion round between the two experts left no question of the audience about binder jetting unanswered. <\/p>\n\n<p>In addition to the professional discussions, there was plenty of room to get to know each other and exchange ideas. The evening was accompanied by Italian delicacies, making the after-work event a great place to relax. <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>AM Pioneers &#8211; Consulting, engineering, service and research<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Close to the heart of industry, AM Pioneers GmbH has been based in Esslingen&#8217;s Pliensauvorstadt since 2022 and invites you to take a tour of the machinery in its own Technology Center.
