Cancellation policy

In the event that you are a consumer within the meaning of Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB), i.e. if you are making the purchase for purposes that cannot be attributed primarily to your commercial or independent professional activity, you are entitled to a right of revocation or return in accordance with the following provisions.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract in writing (e.g. letter, e-mail) within 14 days without giving reasons. If the goods are delivered to you before the expiry of this period, you can also cancel by returning the goods. The revocation period begins after receipt of this instruction, but not before the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods and also not before fulfillment of our information obligations in accordance with Art. 246 § 2 in conjunction with § 1 para. 1 and 2 EGBGB. In the case of recurring deliveries of similar goods, the period begins upon receipt of the first partial delivery.

The timely dispatch of the revocation or the goods is sufficient to comply with the revocation period.

Consequences of revocation

In the event of an effective revocation, the services already received must be returned. We will refund the payments received from you in full without delay, but in no case later than 14 days after you have informed us of the revocation. For this purpose, we will use the same payment method that you used.

If you are unable to return the received goods or only partially or only in a deteriorated condition, you are obliged to compensate us accordingly. You are only obliged to pay compensation if the deterioration or use of the goods is due to handling that goes beyond testing the properties and functionality of the goods. Testing the properties and functionality” means testing and trying out the goods, as is customary in a store, for example.

You must bear the shipping costs for returning the goods.
