Features

The HTF high-temperature oven range includes models with maximum operating temperatures of 1700 °C and 1800 °C.

Features:

  • Temperature range up to 1700 °C or 1800 °C
  • Volumes from 4 to 165 liters
  • MoSi₂ heating elements for precise temperature control
  • A vertically opening door that keeps hot surfaces away from the user
  • Manual door operation for smaller models (4-10 L), electric for larger models (27-165 L)
  • An advanced fireproof interior with efficient insulation
  • Programmable EPC3016P1 controller, overtemperature protection, Ethernet connection
  • Enclosure ventilation by fan to reduce the outside temperature
  • Motorized exhaust air opening

Optional extensions:

  • Various digital controllers and data loggers with communication interfaces
  • Inert gas connection with flow meter (100 mm)
  • Solenoid valves with manual or automatic switching
  • Rapid cooling via air blower in combination with the motorized exhaust air
  • Debinding and sintering with preheated air flow, optionally with gas flame post-combustion
  • Calibration connections for thermocouples – optionally with or without protective sheath, through the rear panel or door
