Industrial Additive Manufacturing Printer

With the Industrial Additive Manufacturing Printer, you can produce prototypes, spare parts and small series from highly filled injection molding granulate to high industry standards - scalably and competitively. And all in the most sustainable way possible. Thanks to the advanced process of pellet extrusion, the system offers an impressively wide range of materials that comprehensively expands its fields of application. You also receive a comprehensive service package that maximizes your options and flexibility!

Would you like to find out more about pellet 3D printing and its possibilities for your production?

Printing process

Print your own success - with the new world of additive plastic manufacturing. The Industrial Additive Manufacturing Printer offers you all the possibilities - from prototypes to small series production.

Step 1: Select material

Choose from three main granulates or have your own injection molding granulate tested for compatibility via the BOSCH Feasability Study. The material library is constantly being expanded so that your individual materials can be included!

The extrusion-based printing process uses patented BOSCH technology and specially developed software for optimized manufacturing processes. Print particularly robust components with filling levels of up to 50 percent - with consistently detailed geometries.

Depending on the material used, there are several options for post-processing your components. Please do not hesitate to contact us!

Central advantages

zentrale-icon

Infinite potential

In addition to the standard injection molding granulates used in the original parts, the BOSCH printing system can process highly filled granulates - even for detailed geometries. This keeps your production scalable and flexible - from prototypes to small series production.

zentrale-icon

Comprehensive service package

The 3D printer rental not only includes the flat rate for a selected material, but also our comprehensive service. This includes important software and hardware updates that keep your system up to date with the latest technology so that you can concentrate fully on your production.

Maximum variety of materials

Our experts have the know-how and technologies to print with thermoplastic materials from the established plastics industry. In addition to the injection molding pellets already available, you can also process the materials you are currently using.

Sustainable process

Because dealing with plastics always means responsibility, BOSCH is actively working on the Sustainable Cycle. This enables components to be printed, used, shredded and ultimately reused.

Applications

Flyweight
PP GF50

In this prototype, the weight of the component was significantly reduced thanks to a bionic design. The component still retains its strength and stability.

Flame specialist
PA6-BLEND G25 C28

During the development of this original BOSCH component, the same granulate was used as in subsequent mass production. This significantly shortened the time to market maturity.

Device
PA6 GF30

The sturdy and unyielding spare part is suitable for all types of brackets and fixtures. It can be used in a wide range of demanding applications that require reliability and temperature resistance.

Qualified materials

PP GF50

The material has a low density and high glass fiber content, making it lightweight but particularly stable and resilient. Typical applications can be found in highly dynamic environments, such as robot parts.

The flame-retardant material offers neither outgassing nor melting droplets. Typical applications can be found in passenger transportation, freight transport and prototyping.

The material, which has proven itself in injection molding, is reliable and well suited for the production of spare parts. Typical applications include brackets and fixtures as well as spare parts.

Not found the right material? If you promise maximum flexibility, you also have to deliver. That's why we use our feasibility study to find out whether your material is suitable for pellet 3D printing.
