Printing process
Thanks to the innovative 4M projector technology and the wide range of materials, the P4K series produces high-resolution components for a wide variety of applications in large batches.
Step 1 – Preparation
The user-friendly software of the P4K series combined with the simple material changeover reduces the maintenance time of the systems and ensures that users can concentrate on creating optimized parts.
Step 2 – DLP printing technology
The system's 4K projectors with UV optics achieve a wavelength of 385 nm, enabling the printing of high-precision parts with ultra-smooth surfaces.
Step 3 – Pixel tuning
By tuning pixels with the help of artificial intelligence, the printing process is optimized and an extremely high-quality surface finish is achieved.

The P4K was specially developed for a 24/7 production environment and can also run at night without requiring user intervention.
High-resolution small parts
A 4K projector is integrated into each of the four P4K models, which enables the pixels to be distributed across four differently sized build plates, resulting in accuracy down to micrometer level.
Economical material consumption
Several individual parts can be combined and produced as a single piece. The surface finishing of the material also reduces the need for further processing.

Qualified materials
Easy Cast 2.0
The castable photopolymer has the highest wax content currently available on the market. In addition, it is mixed with special hardeners that enable a high level of detail in the components. It is also capable of high-speed printing.
HTM 140
Due to its temperature resistance of up to 140°C, the molding material is suitable for a variety of applications in extreme conditions, such as oil, gas or high-pressure applications. It is capable of printing high-resolution parts that can be vulcanized directly into rubber.
RC Series
The ceramic-lined resin can also withstand high temperatures and is suitable for strong and rigid components that require a very high resolution.
